Overview
- Created for KS1 (children aged 5 – 7yrs)
- Introduces children to computer coding with simple songs, plus cross-curricular projects including poetry, geography, science and more.
- Fun activities let children discover that they can actually make things for themselves with computer code, which is a change in mindset for today’s children who are surrounded by technology. Making things with code helps children understand they can create and control.
- Whilst coding children are also practicing key literacy skills of ordering and sequencing, exploring direction and movement, plus simple number and estimation skills.
